Returns & Exchanges

At The UGG Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new boots or slippers aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original UGG branded box and secure it inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement pair within 5-7 business days.
